I heard a clip of the interview but did not see the whole thing even though I had CNBC on all day. What I heard him say was he isn't too interested in a merger with another large corporation because it is too hard to make that type of merger work because of the size. He went on to say that possible smaller aquisitions would be far more likely. I think the move today was in sympathy with HWP. Most of the downside today was done on light volume so not much should be read into it.
