I tried Moby data when it was free. It didn't have the data that I need. I have Quotes Plus EOD data. QP is mainly a stock service, but it has a few indexes and some fundamental data. The data was good enough for me to evaluate the NN software. Quotes Plus automatically updates the data in Metastock format that is in my neural net directories. All I have to do is reload my NN models and the new day's data is automatically used.

Pinnacle has some futures, currency, and option data that Quotes Plus and Moby doesn't have.

When the market was moving more slowly this summer, my QP data was good enough for me to do well, but in this faster market my models move more sluggishly. My models still move fast enough to catch the major moves. Carl's model is showing an upturn at the EOD but my models haven't caught it yet. I expect it will tonight. I don't expect this move to be strong or I would have already caught it myself.

Best Wishes,

Bob
