JDN-- LOL!! I think you should give them a call. I never had anything bad to say about DELL service andused it a few times. I have used Micron also. I received incorrect info twice from DELL. Nothing major but I call in the middle of the night and the least experienced are working then with DELL. Once if I had done what was suggested they would have no longer supportedthe OS. A higher degree of knowlege was found at Micron during my calls,,, compareable to the daylight employees at DELL. I'll stick with them and will be ordering my third from Micron Sunday-- all in less than 6 months...
