Dear JDN: When one calls for service at CPQ one gets connected to that division that deals with the type of PC one bought. My CPQ computer is not one of the consumer ones but in the "enterprise" zone. I honestly can not even imagine getting better service than I do right now. Really, impossible for DELL, IBM--anyone--to one up the service (and tech support) I have received from CPQ. Happy CPQ customer if now always happy CPQ shareholder- Lynn
