It is my guess that your interpretation is a politically acceptable but misleading one and is why Commissioner Harold Furchgott-Roth refused to vote for the ruling.

But this is easy. Maybe Furchgott is a member of SI, lets just ask him. (or GIVE him a membership) Jill, where are you now?
