Henry suggested the 50% figure. Probably depends on how much cash they want upfront. Don't worry too much about danger, just because I LISTEN to what you say, doesn't mean I believe it. Looks like we may be able to just hang out in the rear of the cavalry tomorrow and let the big boys lead the charge. Let's hope Henry's is correct and the stock is moving north (like maybe even into Canada!!) Got spend an hour in the mountains--its an exquisit fall day in Boulder. Be back with you all in an hour or so.
