I'll ask you, if WIND had properly managed analyst expectations over the last 4 or 5 quarters and met or exceeded earnings as a result...where would the stock be right now? How much extra currency would that represent? and in relative terms, how much less expensive would have their recent acquisitions been?

Who knows how much market cap they've blown.

In a period where WIND is buying others in all stock transactions, you're a fool not to try and manage your stock price. And of course they are.
