RE:Using automated measuring, I could detect a speed improvement. Using my eyes, I couldn't get beyond thinking I was experiencing wishful thinking or the Placebo effect. That is not my experience. I have several installs of Windows 7 on the same machine. The SSD install is way faster to the naked eye when opening programs. The larger the program or file the more visible the difference.
