There will be financials because of the requirements of mergerdom and Nasdaq listing.

And it's hard to imagine the merger not taking shape given that ESVS domain registrations have already begun being listed in the Zulu name.

My THEORY is this. This company didn't get a glamorous IPO like Doubleclick did. This company is not arriving onto Nasdaq with Goldman Sachs coattails.

But it's obvious and most apparent that Zulu has a clear shot onto Nasdaq listing, given the deal with ESVS.

So it's my guess that Zulu wants to have everything in its house--repeat, everything--in complete good order, before it makes its showtime arrival onto Nasdaq.

So I'm presuming that this is why we're waiting so long.
