At the close of 12/11/02, biotech stocks in general were down from 11/22/02. The AMEX Biotechnology Index (BTK) has retreated 7.11%. Some bright lights however are cphd, stem, and amln (see biobiznet.com). Biotech stocks generally have declined in December and rebounded if the subsequent January market goes up. I will be looking at that closely.
