If you read the link that i-node posted you get a very good idea how democrat operatives infused themselves into the election process. It also shows how Wisc democrat election officials went right along with the plan. I don't know where or when this plan was hatched, but covid opened the flood gates that precipitated election fraud.

We went to mail-in elections only here in Wa state about 20 yrs ago and just in the last few election cycles, drop boxes were introduced. We haven't had a republican governor since, and I don't believe we've had a republican majority in the legislature since either.
