I am not convinced that the bulls are in the clear but at some point we will be.I would believe the bears will be the last to know and dig into new short positions. I am eyeing famous s-i bears on what shorts they're taking on and I may use them on what stocks to buy-trade...kinda a flip from 2000-2001-2002.
