Something to consider with Japanese stocks as well as there seems to be an appetite to go back to private than deal with the influx of potential Icahn style activism. Pressure on boards to bend as they do in the US is not something you will get from a Japanese company. Interesting development though and something to keep an eye on if you are investing over there. Recent article on this from Japan Times. -Sean
