Hi BP,

You and I use our credit cards in the same way, by paying them off monthly. I think we're in a tiny minority in doing so, though. To be honest, I never considered whether what I charge on my cards is counted as credit card debt by the powers that be. It would certainly skew the data.

Entirely anecdotal: I see more and more people using their credit cards to pay for essentials like food. Not good, IMO.
