Ken:

I'm what some would consider an old dog around here or an idiot as I saw my investment double to $55/share but held on all the way down to the low teens.

Anyhow, I'm very bullish on IO but wanted to let you know I appreciate your bearish clarity. It's good to see both sides. As your thinking points out, the pendulum can easily swing both ways; for example, some bulls will attest that the IMP news is not really related to IO because IO is "only 10-12% of IMP's business" but then again the IMP release does not state who is slow with the orders and it could very well be IO but then again we know IO is using other OEM's for its zip chip -- at least I had been told this when I once calling IO investor relations -- so it comes down to how one perceives the news and whether one is simply bullish or bearish.

I'm starting to think that IMP investors got taken for a major ride as execs did pump the stock price up riding the IO ride to allow their CEO sell stock options before he moved to the Chair of the Board position. IMP simply conducts bad business and since last Q I have thought thier association with IO was bad news; looks like my feelings are confirmed again this Q.

Any thoughts on where IO will go today or this week as we advance to earnings?

To all, a very IMPORTANT word of caution. Looks like sentiment is again boiling to a positive high and it seems likely that expectations won't be matched. Some of you seem to be seeing right through the potentially bad news grasping to almost any positive sliver of hope. If the news is not so positive as we have been warned and if you are disappointed on Oct. 8 because you did not take heed to the warnings, this will mean others will also be disappointed and there will likely be another stock sell off and kiss the stock growth from the low to high teens goodbye. Control expectations, everyone wants to see a surprise but the signs are on the fence.

Regards,

Erik.
