Tonto, Gayle is right, there have been untrue statements about him.
I have kept a fairly-close watch on the GIFS subject for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that there have been untrue statements made about Gayle Essary...unfortunately, these were made by Essary, himself.
When he says he was an "innocent victim", when he says he did not write the press releases or get advance copies of them ,when he says he is not affiliated with just about every other player in the scam, etc., he is making an untrue statement. I implore him to stop making these untrue statements in person, in writing, or otherwise about himself.
Also, as a journalist, he should refrain from writing untrue statements about himself; he could possibly be sued for "libel against oneself"...which is kinda like suicide, but not as final. It is obvious that he will never stop writing untruths about others!

BTW Mr. Payne is real; I can verify this. Essary keeps alluding to his "attorney". If he has not made another untrue statement about himself, what kind of attorney did he retain when his only asset is a 1987 Ford Mustang? Is it possible he has some assets hidden away (in his wife or children's name) that he is using to retain counsel for our day in court--which he keeps promising?
