Another competitor announced, but consider the upside here if UPCSmart.com now has currency to build.

if you consider other competitors who concentrated on going public first
rather than building a site,

1) barpoint.com went from $1.90 June 4/99
(day of announcement to build a site )to $13.00 US, Dec6/99 ( the same
day their website was even live)

2) neomedia-tech.com
who announced a few weeks ago Jan 3/2000,
only an intent to build a site with UDEX
their stock shot from $4.75 to 5.25 same day.
