Anybody had experience with Webstreetsecurities? It really sucks. The web page design so badly, it even mess up your account quite often. Even today I still had hard time to figure out why my account shows debit and over overall value. To make a phone call to them will take you for ever to get to talk to someone and the only reply is to call back tomorrow. What a frustration. They claim within 10 seconds instantaneous execution but one time when I reference dynamic quotation to set up a limit order, 5 minutes later still not executed and by the time I cancel the order to make another one, the price had already went up. I got this account through email promotion by wall street security because them claim to give me $100 dollar free order. I need a dynamic quotation service so enrolled in but later I found this dynamic service cost you $29/month to set up. I eventually will transfer my account to others but still haven't figure out if that will cost me money.
