I just talked to my boss yesterday and he told me that the MS Dean Witter analyst has a strong buy and a $52 target on it. I think many other investment banks have high regards for the company with a very ambitious price target as well. What I don't understand is if the institutions have such high opinion of the company, then why in the world are they dumping the shares at this level? This makes no sense to me at all. Do you think insiders are selling?
