David Evans story is in post 61. As usual, he is very good.

Note that the market cap is about $135 M, at the present stock price of $9. All that for a company with no employees, no patents, no assets, no nothing. Just one officer and director. Muller. That's what you get for your $135 M.
How big is the float? This hard to say. Usually you determine this from a DEF14a, which the co. hasn't filed, or a form 10. The form 10 claims that Muller is the only shareholder with more than 5% of shares out, but it fails to report how many shares he owns, as is normally required for a form 10. All we know is that he holds at least 5 million shares, from when he sold the "invention" to the company. It's possible he doesn't own much more than that, since most of the remaining shares were issued when the Mandalay was incorporated in 1998 by the Vancouver people. If all that were true, then float would be 10 million. But I don't believe it. The stock responds to hype as if the float is a small fraction of 10 million.
