How about 'worker productivity'. Not really code, more of a misperception and/or lie. Most people think this means workers are more productive and efficient, but those in the know realize it means salaried workers working longer hours for no extra pay. When productivity increases, it's usually because people are scared of losing their jobs, and management has the upper hand.
