Udo, Prior results are not a tell-all because all their resources went into the lawsuit. The accountants will obviously drop their going concerns disclaimer with the current money in the bank. This issue is over. They settled for $21M, will see about $17-$18M of that, from what I have seen thus far. They can now focus on building their reagents business. With patents in hand, they can now go after other suppliers infringing upon their patents. The stock is now at 30 cents, a MV of $8M. Unless there is something huge that we dont know about, current price makes no sense whatsoever. Please check post 72, its a fairly thorough synopsis about where the company MAY be heading.
