grayhairs, Good to hear from you again. Thanks for the answers. Hopefully; FST will get it's act together and create some shareholder value along with the other juniors. My golf game is improving, maybe single digit hcp. by years end. 52 weeks of mild/hot weather is a real plus to living in this area. All the best, Werlick.
