>Easy to see now, huh? Easy to put the blame on the bankers, huh?

Huh? I'm so confused. It was the bankers' fault. It's super easy to put the blame on them, because it's their fault.

>I don't recall anyone who made it big during the real estate bubble give credit to the bankers who helped inflate it. Instead, they bragged about how much money they made flipping their properties. However, those who ended up holding the bag at the end blame anyone but themselves.

Huh? You're essentially comparing families to flippers? What?

Do you see this "castle in the sky" mentality at work here? Do you see how people can naturally become hypocrites when they believe the lies and get burned because of it?

No! I'm beginning to see a pattern here. You really haven't a clue what life is like outside of being in the top .5%-2% of earner range. Just like people who make $50K a year do not suddenly have one-year $500K windfalls, only a couple of percent of people, maybe, flip houses.

>Most importantly, do you trust politicians, who are perhaps the best liars around, to protect us from such lies?

Not the Republicans, because they ENABLE those lies.
