When I went in for my physical this year my BP was through the roof. They checked it like 3 times, and each time it was very high. I was at a loss, because usually it is pretty well contained.

He didn't change my medicine, I think just wanting to watch it. Anyway, when I got home my wife reminded I was out of one of my BP meds and hadn't had it in several days. I called them ask them to note in my chart that was the problem.

Just recently, I've been thinking about changing insurance plans and I've been thinking, "I wonder if they went back and changed that...." Probably not.
