Suess,

Your latest posts confirm what I said in the beginning. I don't trust anyone that cannot post under his/her real name. You have admitting to lying on this thread. How then should we give you any credibility?

As for your attacks on us: I'm tired of responding to your garbage. I wanted to get off this thread for a while just to sit back and see what would happen. I believe that you couldn't care what the truth is and have no ethics. At least I am who I say I am and have integrity. I'm smart enough to know that posting false information is wrong and would expose one to liability. Therefore, I have been very careful to only say what I really believe.

As for ERGB: Everyone that I know that has researched the Company has felt that it was sound. Both analysts covering the stock reasserted their belief in the Company in the Fall of 1997 after researching the accusations and after the Company was attacked. ERGB had some higher than expected operating expenses in the revised third quarter but its sales and gross margins were pretty good. Take out some of the one-time charges and development expenses and ERGB is still solid. The Company is still profitable even after the additional charges it took in the revised third quarter. Asensio flat out lied about the Foniks Writer and anyone who really researched the products would know that he lied about it.

As for the accusations of insider trading: Nonsense, absolutely a lie. Every trade by insiders has been announced. Gerry Smith specifically refuted these rumors a while ago. The insiders have bought stock and not sold stock. This would be one of the most stupid pump and dumps I've ever seen if the shorts were true in their accusations. The insiders hold restricted shares and aren't selling them.

Sometimes people become so cynical that they simply cannot see things for what they are, that is the case with the shorts here. I'm still holding all my ERGB stock and haven't sold a single share. I'm considering buying more shares. It makes absolutely no sense that I and others would buy shares with the Company under such vicious attacks unless we really believed that the Company was worth fundamentally more than its current trading price.
