From Bear Stearns:

INSP: Reit Peer Perform - Q4 results came in ahead of our estimates as revenues grew to $36.1 million and Pro forma EPS came in at $0.05. New CEO Jim Voelker made his debut outlining his goal to evaluate each line of business and have a definitive strategic plan in Q2 2003. At this point we suspect such a plan may entail deemphasizing the wireless business, something we conclude could have a positive impact on corporate profitability. Infospace trades at a modest premium to its cash of $8.93 per share. We believe that the shares could trade at a more substantial premium to cash if and when the entire business turns profitable. While we do not have good visibility into that occurrence today we suspect that the company can be modestly profitable in 2003.
