Hi Robert Thanks for your response well It is the delisting/redeeming of those senor notes that seem to be the cause of the fall in price. Some investors with lots of shares are pi$$ed off ??? I cannot see a reason other than that... the reorganization in itself should not be a problem. They added to their fleet of ships and dodged a bad investment in the Natural gas industry. I would wait til the stock price settled and jump in again,.... that is a tentative plan at this point for me. UE
