Dr. Bob:"the Nasdaq appears to be in a new and protracted bear market (which I do not agree with)" - How can you say this? The indices are all down for the year and the year is 10 months old..Since the peak in March, the techs and the nets have been decimated ...people who have held bell weathers EG msft have lost over half their money in this time frame....if this has not been a protracted and vicious bear market (and the process is not over yet) I'd certainly like to know what is.
