What a botched up job-----and without doubt he can't sue the system that failed to treat the arm as it should have been treated.

I do wonder what position they put the arm in to achieve such a grotesque healing into the position he has it. Some physician or emergency room needs to get a copy of Grey's Anatomy and look at the structure of the body.
