Americans everywhere should be cheering the Afgans for the hardships they have undergone to be able to vote..

Not just Americans, indeed the world populace should welcome that such an event is happening regardless of outcome.

Afghanistan has historically never bowed down to an outside regime's views. What is going to happen there, will happen because the Afghan people want it to happen, not because some outsider told them to do it.
