Talked to some s3 reliable "insiders" and they said: 1) S3 had developed the ultimate "Year 2000" chip guarenteed to solve all millennium problems just by adding the chip to your mainframe. 2) they also will announce a new brain-implantable chip that will cure all human degenerative brain diseases 3) a third chip will be ground up in a drug "cocktail" that cures aids I feel these new chips will be able to move S3 from the 16-19 range that it is stuck in. But then again even if it was all true, it'd probably still go down!?
