XOP monthly RIS-14 has a complex H&S top. Often times indicator formations act the same as price formations, with the same target results. XOP is doomed according to this, as is the energy complex. The implied target for the XOP RSI-14 is 35 on the RSI-14 scale (currently at 57.44)
