First of all, its a simple fact that the planet has been generally warming since the end of the last ice age... about 18,000 years. That warming has greatly benefitted the human species.

That actually is incorrect. Yes, the planet had warmed from the last ice age.......but then the planet started to cool which continued right up til the 20th century. Particularly in the last 50 years, the planet started to warm again as gases from fossil fuels coincidentally began to increase in the atmosphere.

Releasing sequestered carbon benefits the CO2 utilizing organisms on the planet. 100% sequestered carbon is a death sentence for nearly everything alive today. About 6/7 of the planet's carbon is sequestered.

Huh? Why is sequestered carbon a death sentence for every living being?

Thirdly, there is no proposal on the table that can reverse man made global warming and natural global warming.

Curtailing fossil fuel gases can slow the process.......significantly.

Projected warming is well within planetary norms. I think the prior warming period had over 6 meters more of ocean level rising.

The last warming period did not have multi millions of people living in major cities along the coastlines of the continents. Major cities as diverse as NYC, Miami, DC, Philly, Boston, Baltimore, Tampa, Jacksonville, NOLA, Houston, LA, SF, Oakland, San Diego, both Portlands, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Sydney, Mumbai, Barcelona, Marseilles, Paris, Athens, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, St. Petersburg, Istanbul, Buenos Aires, Lagos, Cairo, Tripoli, Rio, Vancouver, Seattle to name just a few would be severely damaged if the oceans rose up 6 meters.

And lastly, the society for solving the most difficult problems is a wealthy society.

What proposal for solving Global warming do you prefer?
