Rocket Scientist: Do it yourself and make do seems like the way to go. Agree. Glad to hear that a real company like Schlumberger is in the business of making G* fixed phones though. The more, the merrier. (Schlumberger has a Q license, no?) And some people in some places are likely to find them useful, even if do it yourself with cut and paste stuff is more pervasive. Best.
