James, It's nice to see OpenTV and Liberate getting aggressive. Does this means that the set-top box market is ready to materialize? In my opinion, HDTV is a must for web enabled STB to explode. Therefore, I think OpenTV has made a mistake buying SpyGlass. Besides, you can buy SpyGlass' browser in the open market. What's the point for buying the company? --------------------- The latest Linux Journal has a good article on Real Time Linux. I couldn't find any link on its web site, so you will have to pick up the magazine if you want to read the article. It's pretty technical. It explains why Linux, in its original form, is not suited for real time applications. Then it offers a real time solution for Linux. Khan
