agree with you Glenn... except that real estate agents in Ca earn more than Cardio Vascular Surgeons.... <gg> Michelle, I understand what you are saying. The seller can place their house up for sale by owner since that is the case and houses are selling that easily. They could also negotiate a lower pecentage rate. I do not have the answer but here at $50K a pop at 6% is $3K less the expenses to advertsing, etc. Glenn When I have all the answers, I will let you know LOL.
