The downside for SEEK is the uncertainty about just how
profitable the portals are going to be, and then whether or not
SEEK will be one of the ones left standing. I don't think
we'll begin to resolve this uncertainty until 1999 at the
earliest. It will take that long for businesses to decide
whether or not web-advertising is profitable to them or not.

So in the meantime SEEK will probably trade in
the ranges that it has in the past six months: from about 22
to 45. It's a good stock to trade because it moves quickly.
