Recommend: Click "Start Protection" button to erase all threats

THe URL for this page is:

I have not yet clicked on the "Start Protection" button, pending advice.

I have Kapersky antivirus 2011 and just ran a quick "critical areas" scan and it tells me that my computer is protected and there are no threats. I am currently running Malwarebytes's anti-malware and it is still scanning.

Thoughts about what to do?

Jim
