I think the first line refers to people who have been using full service or discount brokers. At least that is how I read it.

In any event, your are right, as always. Far from recommending them, I just threw it out there as an example. While I mentioned just a few I knew who used them, I know ten times that who are using MBT, and there's no disagreement as to who the frontrunner is currently.

And as you know, I am often in #mbtrading, and today was a perfect example of how good the support is, with Ross claiming responsibility for one trader's loss due to a server popping, and asking the guy to call him so they could discuss a settlement.

We're on the same page.
