I have some concerns about PTIE as well but i think at current valuation, its a reasonable bet. The clinical results for PTI-555 look reasonable, since they show statistical significant improvement in pain relief compared to morphine. I would however preferred to see a decrease in side effects, compared to morphine, but the little improvement does not seem that significant. i have a small investment in PTIE right now and will look how it pans out.
