With 46,500,334 total we should see .03250 by Dec 31, 98 unless some reclusive pop's for news.
Now you may think it's been a long time for news yet some strange things happend to news
for npec, in the past you know a check with the company as to there Audited
financials may be in order. Right along with the documentaiton on there becoming a full NASDQ
listed firm.

See! I told you that this increase was comin! yep! ya get so it's like setting our clocks! when
the big "Boss" heads for Idaho it's for potatoes and when the big "Boss" heads for Utah it's to
see Nancy, Jill, Karen or Sue at the Transfer Agent's office. Oh by the way I'm in the camp that
we will see no dirll in Chile this year turn for MDIN. Why? hmmm easy Christmas. Best excuse there
is. Well you see I have become tempered in my investments. I can take the increase and becaues
it's a Holy Day I shall-not get Pissed off and use the f#@%$#!#!$^%$@#$%$#&^ & ()#*&(&^#$#(*&
words that come to mind, I shall not get P****** off I shall not get p****** off
see what happens to twisty little boys who use such sarcasm and vulgar words. Well back to
my punishment as if this company was not enough.
