For sure, but one needs to have had criminal intent, and I'm not sure -- based on the information we have -- that the requisite intent was or wasn't there. We just don't know.

It may be that DJT writing the letter is suggestive of criminal intent, but that's a whole other issue.

IMO, there is something much bigger happening here, otherwise, it is difficult to explain Rudy's comments over the weekend. This is not a man without substantial legal experience. I don't know if it is strategic or what, but I do not believe it is just Rudy being stupid. That's not his history.

What happened over the weekend far outweighs this nothing meeting with a woman who had no information to offer, IMO. Were there to be an indictment I am sure it would have to be bigger than that.
