Include me in one of Rogers biggest haters. past tense.
Their service reliability (Cable TV) was atrocious. No way in hell, I'd let them be my Internet provider or trust them from home phone. That's changed. I've not had any reason to ask them for an account credit in years.

They were arrogant. e.g. - the negative option billing increase. If you didn't act, you got an unwanted service at an increased cost. That policy is gone.

I've not had any difficulty uploading large files (e.g. emailing a 10 MB video file). I don't understand the term "torrents" so this may not address your concern.

I also use Yak. But I haven't yet seen a Roger's bill with the Yak charge on it. That should happen within a few days.
