Originally I was grandfathered with Ted at VIP 10% discount. Then the "better bundles" scam came. Initially 5%, 10%, 15% for one two or three items.

If you re-read my link - it mentioned when I lost the PVR service. They removed the VIP 10%. I complained - and the woman gave me BB 15% with a written comment "NO CONTRACT TERM". Cut the net, cell and kept the cable. About 1-2 years after that they finally said "you don't qualify for 15%" and completely removed the savings.

Now it is 5% for TWO, 10% for three and 15% for four items with Ted.
