TALKING: HILLARY LASHES OUT AT DUBYA October 15, 2006 -- THE ISSUE: Sen. Clinton blames President Bush for North Korea's nuclear test. Has Sen. Hillary Clinton forgotten that it was her husband who so generously presented the North Koreans with their nuclear reactor (McCain: Hey, Hill, blame Bill for this missile mess," Oct. 11)? To be sure, they promised to use it for peaceful purposes only. But they lied. Can you imagine the outcry if President Bush exhibited such gullibility?
