Remember, there were allegations of illegal activity specifically aimed at Netscape's browser product. Therefor, we may expect to be presented with a legal remedy specifically aimed at Netscape's browser product. No, Wrong! Allegations are allegations. You don't jump to legal remedies on the basis of allegations. Or at least that isn't my view of how Justice should be run. But I know I have some old-fashioned views like "presumed innocent until proven guilty".
