Nov 27, 2013 winknews.com FORT MYERS, FL - Lee county Sheriff Mike Scott says the vicious and random attacks known as the 'Knockout game', which is spreading across the nation may be showing up in various forms right here in our area. Two Fort Myers residents were attacked on Monday by a girl who was being video taped by her friends. In one case the teen kick an elderly man as he weeded his front yard. The man fell over but was not seriously injured. The victim says the girl stood there laughing while her friends used their cell phones to tape the incident. In another case, minutes later and less than a mile away, a woman was attacked in her front yard. The victim in that case also said the attacker was a young female who was being taped by her friends standing nearby. The Sheriff's office has made an arrest in the case.
