Gary and others: At some price does LSI become an acquisition target ? The $600 million in cash may make LSI a bit more attractive. Any
thoughts on who might have an interest in LSI and would LSI mgt have any interest in selling the company. It is my understanding that the
CEO is the founder of the company. If that is true I suppose any decision to sell the company would rest largerly in his hands as a very, very large shareholder. Comments please.
