Can't a bankruptcy judge order a transfer of the license? They seem to with other contracts.

Perhaps a judge could transfer the license in the entire company was purchased out right. But most of these failing dot-Com's aren't being acquired by anybody. They are just being sold for parts and I can't see a judge transferring a license to the high bidder at an auction.
